"Chomping at the bits" for...

a little Christmas music!

So, April, who is such a "product" of us who LOVE Christmas music, introduced me to aolradio.com today and now it's playing on my computer!
(she has been playing it for weeks...:)

And on the upstairs CD player.....

So nice on this rainy day.....ahhhhh, lovely, just lovely.

Our family has always been a bit strange when it comes to Christmas music.
Bill use to play it year round. How I would love to hear Johnny Mathis or Andy Williams drifting
downstairs while I worked in the kitchen.

May be a bit early for some but playing it early makes the season last longer.
Or at least that's the way we look at it!

I share your love of Christmas music. Round about the end of November I bring out all the CD's and old cassette tapes. Going caroling each year with a group of friends is also a delight. Christmas without music would not be Christmas!

And if you’ll excuse a brief “commercial:” If you don't have a good book on the subject of our Christmas carols, I encourage you to take a look at mine, Discovering the Songs of Christmas. In it, I discuss the history and meaning of 63 carols and Christmas hymns. The book is available through Amazon, or directly from Jebaire Publishing. (Might make a great gift too!)

Okay all you Christmas carol lovers...
we need to check out this book!
I do believe knowing this information will make the carols even more special!
Thanks for the "commercial"!
